Did you know that sweet potatoes are fat-free,cholesterol free and have unique health benefits?Also they contain vitamins as A,E and C which are antioxidаnts that can help prevent hеаrt disease and cаncer! Sweet potatoes are superfood and the best part is they taste sooo good! Today I want to share with you one of my favorite snack or even garnish - Easy baked sweet potato fries. The recipe is very easy and the whole cooking will take you 20 to 35 minutes.
You will need:
1 potato
Olive oil - for tossing
Black papper
Garlic powder
Sweet smoked paprika

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.Add to a large mixing ball all of the powdered ingredients then sprinkle from above the already peeled and sliced potatoes.Bake until the sweet potatoes are golden brown (for like 20 minutes). Enjoy!
