Wow, that is really interesting. I don't know as though I knew all of those facts. I really need to start reading more I guess. Now that I have been out of school for so long I have just shifted my learning to other areas even though there are still things that interest me like this. Thanks for sharing. Great post!

well i think you and I are around the same age and we weren't taught these things in school. We were given a very short history of "Hitler BAD, D-Day ,USA save day, Next chapter!"
In high school for sure. College was a little different, I had an awesome class that dug deep into things like the French Revolution and World War 1. It was probably one of my favorite classes.
I would have enjoyed that also. My college curriculum featured exactly zero history though 😝
