Ever heard of the carbon night market? If you haven't, let me tell you a quick fact about this place. Carbon Night Market isn't just where cheap vegetables are often sold. It's more than just a place where thrifted clothes are available. In this place, you've got to see all the items, from selling vegetables, fruits, clothes, and household wares to a variety of food. It is usually tagged as Night Market. The city seems lively and chaotic because people tend to gather at this place because of the various kinds of food you can choose from at a very low price.

First in the frame is a Sizzling Pork Sisig. Trust me, you could never go wrong in pork sisig because it tasted heavenly. There is this kind of sizzling when you eat this food to the extent that I will say, "One more rice, please," and turn to "Another rice, please" (hahaha, I couldn't help but eat a lot). For its price and size, 2-3 people can eat it.

Who loves spicy here? Are you with me?
Because this food right here, the Buffalo spicy chicken wings, is my top-tier. Come on, who does not love chicken here? A really spicy chicken? This plate here would not be enough because I love chicken. I wish cinemas or movie theaters would sell this food instead of popcorn. Well, if they do, I will surely not recover financially (hahaha, definitely looking forward to it).

This one tastes creamy and savory. The pasta was so tender that it really melted my mouth. The gingerbread matches the state of the lasagna. It was a perfect combination. The plating, the taste? 100/10. It really is mouth-watering.

Who craves adobo? Anyone? This one should be on your list because the meat is tender, and the best example really melts in my mouth. Don't forget the pickles, which balance the food. Ahh, as I write this, I can't help but express myself when I taste it.

The meat is very tender and savory. The vegetables are very crispy, and the fries are very tasty. This is literally one of my favorite dishes.

Of course, who does not want seafood? Seafood and plating like this really hype the table. Just make sure that if you have an allergy, you bring your medicine. The seafood was really fresh, and the corn was just so soft.

Who loves calamares? I don't like this kind of food because the squid was too hard to chew. But in this place, trust me, I really love it. The sauce was ideally suited and added the taste of the calamari. Of course, special pansit should not be forgotten. It's a key to a longer life, hahaha.

Fine food should be partnered with good desserts. Cake and ice cream are a perfect combination. The ice cream is creamy and soft, not too sweet, and the cake is not too sweet.
