Noche de sandwiches 🥪 / Sandwich night 🥪

Hola amigos espero que se encuentren súper bien , hace unos días me provocó hacer una noche de súper sandwich de manera muy divertida para cambiar un poco el menú ya que yo por lo general siempre como arepas , lo que quería era ver una película y relajarme y comer algo rico pero ya saben sin que me tomara mucho tiempo y como siempre la vieja confiable unos ricos sandwiches, la clave es que compro un pan super rico en un supermercado que me queda cerca de mi trabajo es muy suave y súper esponjoso y tiene un toque dulce bien interesante, asi que sin mas les dejo esta receta súper sencilla que noa funciona para comer algo rico o llevar al trabajo.

Ingredientes:
• Pan de sandwich ( su favorito)
• 4 huevos
• Jamón de pavo
• queso blanco semi duro
• 1 tómate
• 3 hojas de lechuga
• Dos cucharadas de mayonesa
• Dos cucharadas de salsa de tomate
• Una cucharada de mostaza
• Una cucharadita pequeña de mantequilla

Ingredients:
• Sandwich bread (your favorite)
• 4 eggs
• Turkey ham
• semi-hard white cheese
• 1 tomato
• 3 lettuce leaves
• Two tablespoons of mayonnaise
• Two tablespoons of tomato sauce
• A tablespoon of mustard
• A small teaspoon of butter

Para empezar vamos a lavar súper bien la lechuga y el tomate , en mi caso siempre le retiro las semillas al tomate , luego lo vamos a cortar en rodajas y cortar en tiras la lechuga y reservamos.

En una taza colocamos dos cucharadas de mayonesa, dos cucharadas de salsa de tomate y una cucharada de mostaza, mezclamos todo y reservamos.

En una sartén vamos a cocinar nuestros huevos y lo sazonamos con una pizca de sal . Ahora llegó el momento de armar nuestros sandwiches, colocamos nuestro pan de base y le agregamos una cucharada de la salsa que preparamos, luego agregamos trozos de queso semi duro que es genial para derretir.

Colocamos una rodajas de jamón de pavo y el huevo que previamente cocinamos, colocamos lechuga, tomate y un toque más de salsa, cerramos con otra rebanada de pan .

En una plancha colocamos un poquito de mantequilla y vamos a tostar un poco nuestros panes a fuego bajo . Y así de fácil podemos hacer algo muy rico y tener nuestra noche de películas y sandwich, para completar unas papitas no le vienen nada mal 🤭
