If i feel lazy to cook anything, Bread omlette is the only thing which i go for, it healthy and simple and easy to Cook. Everybody has it own way to Cook omlette but I always keep it simple and egg has it so flavour, so nothing more should be added. The more simple you cook the more delicious taste you will get. I always prefer to have it with the Toasted Bread which make it more flavour and delicious.

Ingredients 📃

• 2 Eggs.
• 2 Slice of Bread.
• Salt to taste.
• Green Chilli as per your Taste.
• 2 Small Onion.
• Green Coriander leaves.

Process 🧑‍🍳

Chopped the onion coriander leaves and chilli together with the help of chopper.

Take a bowl,Crack the Egg.

Add the salt and beat the egg.

---

• Add the chopped onion and coriander leaves and mix it well again

---

• heat the pan, add the butter.

---

• Pour egg mixture over it.

---

• Cook till the egg sets on top.

---

• flip over and cook, Put the Omlette in between the Toasted Bread.
