One vegetable that is common in Indian recipes is potato(aloo). If potato is not there in my house, so somewhere it's creates a problem, Then one has to immediately go and get potatoes, as it everyone's favourite in my House. Today i would like to share recipe of Aloo Gajar ki Sabji Carrot Potato in indian style. It's a dry Vegetable with some common Indian Spices mix with Potato and seasonal Vegetable Carrot. Winters means lots of green and seasonal vegetables, being the foodies it's my favourite things about the winters.

Now every vegetable is available in all the seasons but they are tasteless as their grow through hybrid and chemical methods. Seasonal vegetables are tasteful and flavourful. That is why carrot are my f

Ingredients 📃


• 25O grams Carrot.
• 2 Medium Potatoes.
• 1 tbsp of Mustard Oil.
• Pinch of asafoetida.
• 1/2 tbsp of Cumin seeds.
• 1/2 tbsp of turmeric Powder.
• Red Chilli powder as per your
Taste.
• Salt to Taste.
• 1 tbsp of Coriander powder.
• 1 tbsp of Dry Mango Powder.
• Green Coriander leaves for
Garnish.

Heat Mustard oil, then add Add Asafoetida then cumin seeds and sauté till the cumin seeds splutter on low heat.

At low Flame add the other Indian Species.

If you put the spices on high flame, they will burn, advice is to turn off the flame and then add the spices.

Now add the chopped carrot and potatoes into the pan, mix it well, so that These vegetables should be coated well in spices.

You cover it with small plate, at it cooked at low flame, as it dry vegetables no extra water will be added. It will cook in Stream.

Keep stirring the vegetables in the middle otherwise your vegetables will burn from the bottom.

With the help of a serving spoon, break the vegetable and see if it breaks well, it means your vegetable is done. Now add dry dry mango powder and stir it well.

Now Potato carrot vegetable is ready to serve it, serve it with Chatpati or indian Bread.

Yes, the common vegetables in Indian cuisine are carrots and potatoes, which are also loved by every Indian. There is a very delicious recipe which I also made.
