  • Good evening hivers! I wish you a happy start to the week... This time, I'm sharing one of my favorite dishes when I want a light, healthy, and nutritious dinner option. You can serve it with whole-wheat crackers or baked cassava bread... Below, I'll explain how to make a delicious "tuna salad with potatoes and tomato."
    Let's put on our aprons and get started on this tasty recipe!
  • Buenas noches hivers, les deseo un feliz comienzo de semana... En esta ocasión, les comparto uno de mis platillos favoritos cuando deseo cenar una opción ligera, saludable y nutritiva. Pueden acompañar con galletas integrales o casabe al horno... A continuación, les explico como realizar una deliciosa "ensalada de atún con patatas y tomate".

  • INGREDIENTS: ripe tomatoes, potatoes (cooked), tuna (canned), lemon juice, extra virgin olive oil, fresh cilantro, pepper and salt to taste.
  • INGREDIENTES: tomates maduros, patatas (cocidas), atún (enlatado), zumo de limón, aceite de oliva extra virgen, cilantro fresco, pimienta y sal al gusto.

PREPARATION/PREPARACIÓN

  • In a bowl, combine the lemon juice, extra virgin olive oil, pepper, and a pinch of salt. Add the diced onion. Stir in the finely chopped fresh cilantro (leaves and stems).
    Mix until well combined.
  • Incorporamos en un bowl el zumo de limón, junto con el aceite de oliva extra virgen, la pimienta y el toque de sal... Agregamos la cebolla, previamente cortada en cubos pequeños. Colocamos el cilantro fresco (hojas y tallos) finamente cortado.
    Mezclamos hasta integrar bien.

  • To make this recipe I usually use canned tuna in water... We mix again.
  • Para realizar esta receta suelo utilizar la presentación de atún (enlatado y en agua)... Volvemos a mezclar.

  • In this step, we add the tomatoes (after removing the seeds)... We then add the cooked potatoes.
    We mix with gentle, folding motions... Our dish is ready to enjoy!
  • En este paso, añadimos los tomates (extraemos las semillas)... Incorporamos las patatas (cocidas).
    Mezclamos con movimientos suaves y envolventes... Nuestro platillo está listo para disfrutar!

Aaaah i often made a similar recipe too ❤️❤️ usually I made tuna salad with tomatoes and broccoli or potatoes and others veggie, yummy yummi tuna salad it's a wonderful summer dish.
