Reciban un gran abrazo para todos los amantes de la cocina y del buen comer,espero se encuentren bien de salud,les cuento que los días domingo soy muy relajada y la verdad me gusta comer diferente, cambiar el menú;pues para la cena tuve la idea de preparar una rica pizza casera,la cual es muy fácil,rápida y ademas ahorrativa pues lleva pocos ingredientes los cuales ya tenia en casa,así que no lo pensé mas y emprendí la preparación de mi pizza casera la cual les dejo mi receta para que se puedan deleitar preparándola en familia.

INGREDIENTES//INGREDIENTS
*Masa para Pizza
*3 Salchichas
*Queso Mozarela
*Jamón de Pierna
*Salsa para Pizza
*1 Pimentón puede ser verde o rojo.
*Pizza Dough
*3 sausages
*Mozzarella Cheese
*Leg Ham
*Pizza Sauce
*1 Paprika can be green or red.
PREPARACIÓN//PREPARATION
Para comenzar tomamos las salchichas y las picamos en círculos delgados.
To start we take the sausages and chop them into thin circles.
Continuamos con el pimentón el cual se debe lavar,retirarle las semillas y picar en tiritas muy delgadas.
We continue with the paprika, which must be washed, remove the seeds and chop into very thin strips.
El jamón y el queso se extiende en en platos.
The ham and cheese is spread on plates.
Teniendo ya todos los ingredientes vamos a condimentar la masa de la pizza.
Having all the ingredients we are going to season the pizza dough.
Con una cucharilla se le agrega salsa suficiente a la masa y se extiende.
With a spoon, add enough sauce to the dough and spread it out.
Luego se le coloca el queso y seguidamente el jamón se va colocando en los espacios que no se hayan cubierto con el queso.
Then the cheese is added and then the ham is placed in the spaces that have not been covered with cheese .
Las salchichas picaditas se van colocando cubriendo toda la masa,las tiritas de pimentón se ponen para adornar y finalmente se le agrega un poco mas de salsa encima de los ingredientes para darle mas sabor.
The chopped sausages are placed covering all the dough, the paprika strips are placed to garnish and finally a little more sauce is added on top of the ingredients to give it more flavor.
Luego coloque la pizza en un aripo y la lleve al horno por 30 minutos y listo,miren que rica y apetitosa se ve mi pizza casera,lo mejor de la pizza es que se pueden variar los ingredientes y es una comida que gusta a todos,espero la puedan preparar.
Then place the pizza in an aripo and take it to the oven for 30 minutes and ready, look how rich and appetizing my homemade pizza looks, the best thing about pizza is that you can vary the ingredients and it is a meal that everyone likes, I hope you can prepare it.
