They are high in protein and minerals.Eggs contain vitamin B which helps in weight loss. That is why eggs are given priority in the diet. Eggs are a great source of energy and help in reducing fatigue.Eating eggs on an empty stomach has many benefits, such as reducing hair loss, improving eyesight, filling amino acid deficiencies, and increasing your beauty. And if you have anemia, then definitely include eggs in your morning menu.There is no specific time to eat eggs, but eating them on an empty stomach in the morning provides good nutrition.
