So today my mother made roti in the morning with mixed fried karala alo.First, mix the flour with warm water to make a dough.Then, knead the dough well with your hands.Then, you need to tie the bread with a rolling pin.
Heat a pan on the stove, then add the bread and fry it.I fry two loaves of bread in a row.And serve with bitter gourd bhaji.The bitter gourd bhaji tasted amazing and the roti was soft and fluffy.I was eating bread and feeling the morning atmosphere.I think everyone should eat bread regularly every day to stay healthy.
