Espero de corazón que muy bien, por mi parte me encuentro feliz, de poder conversar un poco con ustedes sobre la increíble gastronomía que tiene Margarita, por qué es algo que me tiene enamorada en su totalidad, cuando me mude hace dos años, lo primero que hice fue visitar muchos lugares, específicamente parques nacionales, castillos, lugares emblemáticos y por supuesto restaurantes, muchos jajaja, para degustar la gastronomía de la Isla y saber donde puedo ir a comer y donde no volvería a ir, experiencias malas con la comida realmente he tenido solo dos, del resto, el 98% de la comida aquí es exquisita!.

Uno de los restaurantes que más me enamoro es Kumbaya, no solo por quienes lo administran, una familia de portugueses muy amable y que siempre te brindan atención de primera, sino también por el concepto que tienen, pues son los pioneros en la Isla de Margarita de la comida 100% portuguesa, es decir, aquí comes como si hubieras viajado a Portugal jaja, es comida mediterránea muy sabrosa y diferente, algo que diría yo, todos deben de probar, además como soy cliente fijo les hable de Hive (como cosa rara mía jaja) y están dispuestos a abrirse a la cripto-adopción, así que quizás pronto acepten HBD como método de pago adicional 💪.

One of the restaurants that I fell in love with the most is Kumbaya, not only because of the people who run it, a very friendly Portuguese family who always give you first class service, but also because of the concept they have, because they are the pioneers in Margarita Island of 100% Portuguese food, that is to say, here you eat as if you had traveled to the island, here you eat as if you had traveled to Portugal haha, it is very tasty and different Mediterranean food, something that I would say, everyone should try, also as I am a regular customer I told them about Hive (as a rare thing of mine haha) and they are willing to open to crypto-adoption, so maybe soon they will accept HBD as an additional payment method 💪.

Al llegar había un atardecer muy hermoso en tonos rosado y morado, así que me tome el tiempo de sacar una fotografía y admirarlo un poco, luego escogimos cenar afuera del restaurante, ya que este tiene dos ambientes, como el clima estaba bastante fresco decidimos sentarnos en las mesas de afuera, la verdad aquí se siente muy cálido, es acogedor y cómodo en general.

El mesonero salió a tomar nuestra orden, así que pedimos dos hamburguesas que luego les cuento a detalle como son, mientras esperábamos pedimos un jugo natural y una cerveza al estilo portugués, pues allá suelen mezclar las cervezas con refrescos y otras bebidas, es algo muy típico según lo que nos explicó el señor Mario, dueño del lugar, quien siempre está a disposición para una buena conversación sobre la comida y datos curiosos de Portugal, está en específico, era una cerveza solera con granadina, lo cual hace que la cerveza tenga un toque dulce muy sabroso y especial.

Pedimos las hamburguesas Kumbaya y Maio, la hamburguesa Kumbaya es sumamente especial, pues en ningún lado, o mejor dicho, en ninguna parte de Venezuela hacen una hamburguesa bañada en salsa picante de vino do porto, además esta tiene la peculiaridad de contar con 5 tipos de carnes y 3 quesos, más una cama de papas fritas, luego tenemos la Maio, mi favorita por qué soy amante del pollo jajaja, con pollo crispy y tres tipos de quesos, también acompañada de una cama de papitas fritas, ambas son una total exquisitez, pero sin duda alguna la más extraordinaria y única es la Kumbaya!.

We ordered the Kumbaya and Maio burgers, the Kumbaya burger is extremely special, because nowhere, or rather, nowhere in Venezuela do they make a hamburger bathed in spicy port wine sauce, also this has the peculiarity of having 5 types of meats and 3 cheeses, then we have the Maio, my favorite because I am a chicken lover hahaha, with crispy chicken and three types of cheeses, also accompanied by a bed of french fries, both are a total delicacy, but undoubtedly the most extraordinary and unique is the Kumbaya!.

Para cerrar esta cena con broche de oro pedimos una marquesa de extra chocolate, por supuesto TODO aquí tiene un toque portugués, incluso los postres, esta marquesa era totalmente diferente a las que he probado en mi vida, su sabor era exquisito, de hecho me moría tanto por probarlo que ni siquiera tome buenas fotos jajaja, pero valió la pena comerlo, de hecho he ido por más trozos de esta marquesa al restaurante, realmente es una explosión de chocolate y amo el chocolate!.

To close this dinner with a flourish we ordered an extra chocolate marquise, of course EVERYTHING here has a Portuguese touch, even the desserts, this marquise was totally different from the ones I have tasted in my life, its flavor was exquisite, in fact I was so dying to try it that I didn't even take good pictures hahaha, but it was worth eating it, in fact I have gone for more pieces of this marquise to the restaurant, it really is a chocolate explosion and I love chocolate!.
