Sort:

I have a banjo uke, but I don't think it's very old or valuable. It doesn't stay in tune very well. I have a sort of dream of having a guitar as old as me and a Tele would be nice. That one is almost old enough :)

That one had a solid build to it, not sure if they used ash for the body instead of what they use in the new ones. I suppose if I had bought it back then I would be able to make a profit of at least 1k-3k.

Question is: How many cigarettes do you need to smoke to turn a white guitar yellow?

Probably a good 10 years of chain smoking. I wish I had a picture of a fender mustang that was brought in that used to be fully white but it was owned by a chain smoker. Then they tried burnishing off all the smoke layers and it turned into a weird mottled looking guitar. It looked like this but with the dark yellow spots all over it.

I suspect much of the yellowing is just from the nitro finish aging.

vov obo is the paradise of muuika creation just ahead ,;))

Gotta love the vibe of a guitar store.
