Intel 18A vs. TSMC 2nm: The Battle for Leadership
According to Intel, its 18A process will deliver an SRAM density of 38 Mb/nm², which matches TSMC’s promised density for its 2nm nodes. Additionally, TSMC recently disclosed that its SRAM cells would measure 0.175 µm², allowing for greater memory capacity in a smaller space.
