La entrada y salida vehicular será por 25 y K; para el tráfico peatonal, además, se prolongará el tramo inexistente de calle K hasta 23.

Su conclusión se previó para 2022. Durante los 13 meses iniciales se realizará la construcción del sótano y áreas de acceso, para después levantar el resto en un periodo de dos años y medio.

Mobiliario

La empresa Muebles Ludema, de Las Tunas; perteneciente a la Industria Cubana del Mueble, Dujo, es la encargada de surtir el mobiliario a esta instalación[1].
Con anterioridad esta isa empresa se encargó del montaje del mobiliario en el interior de Gran Packard, Gran Hotel Manzana Kempinski, Cinco Estrellas Plus, Parcelas Siete y Ocho, de Pesquero, en Holguín; Quebrada 17, en Cayo Cruz, Camagüey; Las Conchas, en Varadero; y Gran Hotel Prado y Malecón.

Proyectos

En Plaza de la Revolución hay también otras parcelas identificadas como parte del programa inversionista impulsado por Almest para construir hasta 2025 siete mil 500 cuartos nuevos, distribuidos en ese municipio, Miramar, y La Habana Vieja. Serían hoteles cinco estrellas que, al igual que los ubicados hoy en la ciudad habanera, tendrán sus plantas bajas abiertas al público, con servicios de piscinas, áreas de gastronomía ligera y tiendas.

Projects
