Grasshoppers are insects known as herbivores from the suborder Caelifera.

in the order Orthoptera. in general, this grasshopper has an antenna that is shorter than its body.

Then have a short ovipositor.
hitting sound is generally generated by rubbing the rear femur against the front wing.

From this grasshopper method when flying even though it's not far away and flapping its wings while flying. but this grasshopper is very strong jumping.
