Busy busy day but still going to try to get this sad sad post in. I was really anticipating writing about some success after the Titans miserable season. Phillies will be back before I know it though. Then I'll have something positive to talk about.
The Sixers lost yet again Sunday and although they hung around, hanging around doesn't get you wins or in the playoffs though. I'm basically considering this whole season a lost Embiid season because he's basically been out the entire year at this point and I expect nothing from him in 2025... maybe beyond? If him winning an MVP is peak Embiid than this will have been the oddest dominant career I've seen out of a superstar of any sport.
To make matters worse, ALL THREE of the Sixers supposed 'big three' are out tonight against arguably the best team in the league and arguably the MVP of the league in SGA.
Tonight is going to be a massacre.
UGH. At least there's spaghetti for dinner. A good dish of pasta usually does the trick in distracting from sports pain LOL.
This is going to be a wild, likely rough game. If the Sixers win this game, I'll be almost more annoyed because it would confuse the HECK outta me. Although it would ultimately be legendary HA.
