Cristiano Ronaldo Interview

Has work-life balance reached the highest level in football?

Is Manchester United a great company to work for?

Has Hag been the exemplary leader that everyone in England talks about?

I say again, it's not about football. It's about people, like us. And like us because they work, because they lead, because they motivate and demotivate themselves, because they have emotions and of course because they make mistakes!

Cristiano Ronaldo has been in the spotlight since his interview with Piers Morgan became public where he publicly spoke about the malaise that exists between him and the club he represents, where he explained that the situation is not new, as it is remote. There is still last season, where Ronaldo was “only” the club's top scorer.

Cristiano says he chose to stay with his family at the time of his daughter's illness rather than join pre-season duties, and that apparently Manchester United leaders didn't buy the story. Who never went through this, directly or indirectly?

We come here every day to read good practices for balancing personal and professional lives, but often in difficult times we do not feel these “good practices” in practice. After all, at a time like this, what weighs more on the scales, family, or work?
Let's remember that in April the player lost a son, and it is said that the greatest show of empathy he received was… from his opponent Liverpool!
When a person doesn't feel support from the organization I work for, in the face of such devastation and trauma, what are you supposed to say or do?
In work, we see this every day in the company.

In this interview, he also talks about working conditions at Manchester and says that the club has stopped in time, nothing that Mourinho or Ibrahimovic have not said when saying goodbye. Ronaldo didn't open the door to anything, he just threw it open thanks to his size. So, does Manchester have to work better on its employer branding?

Finally, a taste of leadership. He assumed he didn't respect the coach because the coach didn't respect him. He leaves the bench when the others who start the match are not half as good, it is given to him as a career prize not to enter the field when they are being run over by Manchester City, some play injured, others in physical overload, of the most old men close to hanging up the boots of the younger and inexperienced ones, everyone counts... except for him who has more than 700 goals in his career.

When it comes to assuming things truthfully, the coach prefers beautiful but false words, pretending that there is room for him if he continues to work humbly, instead of assuming that he doesn't count on him. Therefore, I ask how many “Tem Hags” are there in these companies out there?

Was Manchester United honest with Cristiano Ronaldo from the start?

Sort:

None of them are blameless

That is true but I think Manchester United/Ten Hagh were the worst since they dont let him be transfer in the summer because it was an important and than they dont let him play

I believe the coach has the right to select player for a game if the team losses who would be blamed(the manager) if the team fails to deliver positive results who will the board sack( the manager)? So I don't think Ronaldo should have talked about Ten Hag like that in the interview.

That is true.

I play Handball and I know the manager all have the final decision but Ten Hag saying false words.
HE should say the True because he never really count with Ronaldo

He should have retired at least last season already or gone to the States 2 seasons ago to end his career. I feel sorry for the Portugal National team as I do think he takes away from the team and they would do better if he wasn't there. I watched the interview or the first part anyway and there wasn't too much new stuff that we didn't already know.

I seriously disagree with you.
I think Ronaldo can play however he made the worst possible movement leaving Madrid to go to Juventus (in my opinion).

If he stayed in Madrid we would continue to be the same Ronaldo.

I think we said somethings in the interview that more People think about that but dont talk about it.

Manchester United since Sir Alex Ferguson was only going down year After year.

The Best year was with Mourinho When they finish the Premier League in 2nd place.

I think he has lost his pace and is half the player he used to be now. Man Utd is on a downward spiral and needs a total makeover to fix their issues. Why any player would choose tp go there is madness as this is a career ending move. Mourinho was booted out for finishing 2nd in the league and he admits it was one of his best accomplishments.

With 37 years old it is normal not be the same players even Messi it is no producing the same.

Ronaldo moves to Manchester due Manchester was the first big club and where he was shown for football world.

After Mourinho no one was able to finish Premier League close to a 2nd place.

Manchester United really needs to cean the house or will we lost and other clubes will take the place.
