Hola mi gente linda de Makeup Power <3

Todos en algun momento de nuestras vidas hemos presentado ansiedad, esa emocion tan fuerte y dificil de manejar, una emocion que nos persigue y a veces no podemos escapar de ella.. Desde hace unos año mi ansiedad se multiplico, siempre catastrofizo cada situacion que sucede en mi vida y he tratado de ir a terapia para manejarla y uno de las cosas que me ha ayudado a sobrellevar es maquillarme, por eso el dia de hoy me inspire en LA Ansiedad.. De verdad espero les guste y recuerden, que no estan solo <3

We all at some point in our lives have had anxiety, that emotion so strong and difficult to handle, an emotion that haunts us and sometimes we can not escape from it ... Since a few years ago my anxiety multiplied, I always catastrophize every situation that happens in my life and I have tried to go to therapy to manage it and one of the things that has helped me to cope is make up, so today I was inspired by THE Anxiety ...
