Back to Smokey Eye Glam Makeup

Ustedes nos recuerdan que por allá por el 2016 y el maquillaje de tendencia era el maquillaje Glam y el Smokey era algo que todo el mundo quería aprender a hacer y que todos querían utilizar. Actualmente, en el 2024, no sé qué tan popular es el Smokey. Siento que es un estilo muy clásico y que se ha transformado un poco a cosas más sutiles, pero considero que no es un estilo de maquillaje que se lleve demasiado. Y como hoy me levanté nostálgica, además no sabía qué maquillaje hacerme, decidí regresar al Smokey para un evento que tenía. Y la verdad es que me levanté muy temprano a eso de las ocho de la mañana, eso es muy temprano para mí y no comenté demasiado del proceso, así que les cuento. Comencé con maquillaje haciendo mis cejas la cual hice un poco de fijador y sombra naranja, luego coloque corrector en mi párpado y apliqué sombra marrón bien concentrada en el párpado móvil y luego le estuve difuminando con un tono mucho más claro, solo con lo que dos tonos mate en mi párpado y un punto de luz en el lagrimal, pero con un tono como cobre.

Sentía que hasta le faltaba algo, así que me hice un delineado un poco grueso y luego estuve haciendo mi piel con productos de alta cobertura como son la base y el corrector de Salomé de la línea premium. Como contorno utilicé Maybelline y como rubor utilicé Aria Cosmetics. Después coloqué un poco de polvos de Salomé, rubor de Dolce Bella y bronzer de Febble. Para finalizar el look, terminé la línea inferior de las pestañas, me realicé un Lip combo bastante rápido y coloqué pestañas postizas. Como era un evento muy sencillo en el día, no me apliqué iluminador y la verdad es que se me estaba acabando el tiempo, así me dice esta foto bastante rápido y así como me ven fue que salí. La verdad es que el maquillaje estuvo bastante sencillo, pero a mí me gustó bastante. Espero que les haya encantado tanto como a mí este look, nos leeemos pronto!

You guys remember back in 2016 and the trending makeup was Glam makeup and Smokey was something everyone wanted to learn how to do and everyone wanted to use. Nowadays, in 2024, I don't know how popular Smokey is. I feel like it's a very classic style and it's morphed a little bit to more subtle things, but I feel like it's not a makeup style that's worn too much. And since I woke up today feeling nostalgic, and I didn't know what makeup to wear, I decided to go back to Smokey for an event I had to attend. And the truth is that I woke up very early at about eight in the morning, that's very early for me and I didn't comment too much about the process, so I'll tell you about it. I started with makeup doing my eyebrows which I did a little bit of fixer and orange shadow, then I put concealer on my eyelid and applied brown shadow well concentrated on the mobile eyelid and then I was blending it with a much lighter tone, only with what two matte shades on my eyelid and a point of light on the tear, but with a tone like copper.

I felt like it was even missing something, so I did a little thick eyeliner and then I was doing my skin with high coverage products like Salome foundation and concealer from the premium line. As contour I used Maybelline and as blush I used Aria Cosmetics. Then I applied some Salomé powder, Dolce Bella blush and Febble bronzer. To finish the look, I finished the lower lash line, did a quick lip combo and applied false lashes. As it was a very simple event during the day, I didn't apply highlighter and the truth is that I was running out of time, so I took this picture pretty fast and that's how I came out. The truth is that the makeup was quite simple, but I liked it a lot. I hope you loved this look as much as I did, see you soon!
