That stove looks like it is still in really good condition. Actually, the whole place doesn't look too bad. Just clean all the crap out and you are good to go. I hope you are right and that by now someone has this place boarded up and they are renovating it.

It could have gone either way. A Bungalow 'Time-Capule' we did last year recently got burnt and is a now an unstable wreck. Not even a little salvageable.
That's too bad. It's a bit sad to hear about stuff like that. I'm actually kind of surprised that you have so many vacant places with so much space. That would be eaten up here. 2 Square miles would go for a pretty penny.
