A gigantic disused open quarry where nature decided to take its rights back (Infrared Photography)

in Urban Exploration4 years ago

Hello Hive world,

Few weeks ago, I posted a couple of lightpainting shots made in this incredible location :

Today, let's see what it looks like during daylight.
We were super lucky as the weather was perfect. We spent about 9 hours here, including a subterranean trip and a BBQ.

Infrared shots created in real time, captured to the camera in one single photographic frame. No layers /no Photoshop / no editing exept minor adjustments and addition of my logo.

To get that "gold" effect on foiliage and "recover" a blue sky, I swapped the color channels.

Specs :
Canon EOS 6D Full Spectrum body
Canon EF 16-35mm f/4L IS USM lens
Hoya 25A filter (590nm)
