Courtyard spaces. Watermen-3

Today I want to talk about nature. For some reason, we humans divide everything around us into what is created by nature and what is created by man.

But I really wonder why we don't relate ourselves to nature?

Let's assume that there is something that created the world and life around.

So it created us too!

Then it turns out that everything we create and produce is also part of nature.

All houses, cars, garbage, dirt – it's all part of the big nature.

But if you still really want to separate a person from everything else, then you need to understand by what criterion this should be done.

Maybe a person is that part of nature that is endowed with consciousness in the most concentrated way. How we like to divide into animate and inanimate.

And if we set ourselves apart from the general nature, then it means that we have a great responsibility.

What is the demand from the tree? But the demand from a person is high. So it is! Only we still remain a part of nature.

Therefore, it hurts my hearing when someone says that he want to go out into nature, or that we have made a mess of the whole nature.

That is, I understand it quite differently now. And with this the question arises: if a person is a part of nature, and everything he does, produces is also a part of nature, then why does nature allow such an attitude to it?

Or maybe it seems to us that the attitude is bad, but there is neither bad nor good for nature?

Or maybe it was conceived by nature at all? I don't have any answers yet...

...In this part of the Vodniki microdistrict, dilapidated housing in the form of barracks is found.

In some places, houses stand in the middle of the block, between stone high-rise buildings.

There are also a couple of whole wooden blocks that I left for another project (Dilapidated Vologda).

In general, somehow I did not create difficulties for myself, but I definitely complicated them.

I will have to finish the Watermen first, and then continue the rest of the Riverside.

But this neighborhood will be remembered by me for a long time, and will not be some kind of intermediate, passing.

To be continued...
