do you use anything special for the photos?

Many have asked, I use Aurora HDR with a custom filter.

I assume you have some kind of puncture resistant boots to protect against that. Have you ever gotten hurt doing these explorations?

Only twice it's happened. The first time I could feel something but it wasn't long enough to properly get my foot. The second time was just a few weeks ago, again not a big deal.

I explore in worn out but thickly soled trainers.

    Ah cool, my next guess was going to be HDR or pseudo-HDR. My buddy Trey Ratcliff had a hand in helping to create Aurora HDR. He got me a copy of it back when it was created, but I never really explored it too much.

    Anyway, keep up the great work!
