从我懂事以来家里的豆腐不是豆腐焖猪肉就是豆腐炒豆瓣酱。这两种口味实在是吃腻了,想说换换口味又想不出要怎么煮才好吃。昨天买了些新鲜豆腐回家后就上网找豆腐的食谱,查了后发现大多都是糖醋的。。。这时突然脑子里出现奶油虾的画面就让我想着不知道奶油豆腐好不好吃呢?
所以今天就来这大胆的尝试,把豆腐改刀切小块,把豆腐裹上玉米淀粉后下油锅炸。再来把咖喱叶和蒜末用黄油爆香后倒入牛奶、少许的耗油和盐。煮至冒泡后把炸过的豆腐倒入拌均即可。没想到这奶香奶香的豆腐还挺不错吃的哦😋

酱油鸡胸肉里加了葱段、鲍鱼酱、鸡精粉、黑酱油和胡椒粉咸咸的挺下饭。包菜炒鸡蛋就比较清淡一些。这三样菜搭配着吃真是满足😁
