According to me I strongly believe that flirting is wrong and harmful and at the same time cheating if you're either married, dating or in a serious relationship. But on the other hand if you're single flirting is the best thing you can do with an opposite sex. Looking at the meaning of flirting and cheating.
Flirting can be play at courtship, it can also be talking with teasing affection, to insinuate sexual attraction in a playful way, which majorly result in sexual affection and yield sexual desires.
Cheating is an act of infidelity. Infidelity is unfaithfulness in a marriage or an intimate relationship: practice or instance of having a sexual or romantic affair with someone other than one's spouse.
With my view of flirting and the definition of cheating, we can deduce that flirting is cheating in marriage or relationship.
