There is no time to do everything but there is time to do the most important thing.
I start by simplifying my schedule to the most important things. There are just basic things I need to do every day, writing is one of them. It is my most important task of the day. Every other thing can be forgone. This way I don't have performance anxiety. I am not stressed about the plethora of things I need to do.
Organisation seems the solution. However, I find it hard to be organised. Why? Because I always have things to do that are not in the plan.
I end up paying dearly with my "Sleep Time" which is bad for my health. Or I think so.
