Hello everyone, It is my pleasure to meet you once again in This our lovely weekly musical celebration on HiveopenMic. This is the 138th week and the theme of this week as priposed by @zullyscott is MAGIC!!!!!.

What a perfect theme! Magic is simply defined as the ability of influencing other things or events with a supernatural force. It may also mean, wonderful or exciting experience. While reflecting on the theme Magic it occurred to me that the above definition of magic also defines another phenomenona and that is Music music can influence events or persons and can also be wonderful and exciting.

Music for me is magical in different ways because it is a supernatural force that cannot be seen or touched but can be felt and can transform.

In response to the theme of the week, Magic I have chosen to present a song that I find it's composition to be very magical. The name of the song is Spanish Guitar composed by the 7 times grammy awards winner, Tony Braxton. This song is cherished by many to that extent that it has about 70 million views on YouTube. Wow!!

This is because this song contains very different chord progressions from different musical keys yet the singer magically finds a way to make them agree and become a beautiful song. This song took me very long time to learn because of the complicated nature of the chord progressions. I guess that is why, my friend who listened while i played the song said " man you are a magician! " 😂.
Well I believe that all musicians are magicians because creating music in itself is magical and music can bring about magical experiences!!!

I enjoyed my self playing it because I love Spanish guitar style songs. I hope you enjoy it too!!
