Thankfully, it's another FriYAY 🎉 glad it's another day closer to the weekend 🙌 one more work day for me...
On the local news, media keeps hyping about the high heat indices locally. We all know that already, but I wish to know is what local government is doing about it. Honestly, we need more parks and open spaces within the cities. That's one reason I've been growing my mini terrace garden. I'm hoping it helps cool down my area.
Alive&Thriving Freaky Friday
I've been unproductive after work these past few days due to the heat. Well, last night I decided to use the cooling system to alleviate my discomfort. It seemed to work and I was able to sleep better last night. I will need to make some adjustments to the fans I use during sleep time.
Earlier as I was winding down day work and shifting to after work activities, my cooling system was turning on all by itself. 😱 Yes, it was very hot at that time, but I do have a timetable when I would be turning it on. I had to struggle with the remote and even had to check the connection in the room and outside by the terrace. Nothing seems to be amiss. It was just strange. 😂 Well, I took that as a sign to turn it on earlier. Thankfully, even the outdoor kitties came earlier to feed. It's sad that most of them would only appear during dinner time. I make it a point to leave them enough leftovers as well as dry food so no kitties will go hungry.
Thankfully, it's working well. Good luck to me when the bill comes out next month. 🤣 Inshallah!
