Monday night is shrimp dish night! π€π One of the toughest challenges of running a household is not only food budgeting but also meal preparations. I don't know if you'll agree with me, but that's based on my personal experience. I mean, we'd save so much time and money if humans didn't need to eat. ππ€£ that's just my crazy thought ππ We have set meal types on most nights: shrimps, chicken, salmon, tofu, etc. On the nights when my daughter's cooking, she gets to cook whatever she wishes. ππ€£ I, on the other hand, have to think up creative ways of cooking the above mentioned meals. Thought I'd experiment on my version of shrimp poppers for tonight.
Thankfully, there's the Internet and lots of folks do share their recipes online. Watching a few videos on YT helps me come up with my own mixed version. π yay, one night of cooking done. I'll think about the next meal tomorrow. LOL!
