Preparing For 2 days Workshop In Uyo On SpendHBD/Going to Tangsio Radio FM

Welcome everyone to 2025 the year spendHBD will take another dimension. I want to use this opportunity to appreciate @thedistriator and the team for this project. I won't fail to appreciate @fokusnow who introduced #spendhbd to me and he is guiding me on how to succeed.

I received a congratulatory message from him telling me you are now a community guide. It was a surprise message to me because I didn't know I will be recommended so fast.

I was motivated by this message to reflect on what I used to do and I said to myself, “Oya, get ready for action.” I immediately gave graphic designer soft copy of the flyer and banana and he got them ready. See them below 👇

Tangsio Radio 102.7 FM

Tangsio Radio station is the biggest in South South built on top of mountain and heard all over the country where Ibibio people live. It is own by an Akwaibomite who lives in the US. If you want people to hear about your program very well, you have to go to Tangsio. It is very expensive but you will be heard in many places.

I paid for 30 minutes for live broadcast and it was huge. 15 minutes was used for questions and answers and so many people called me to know what HBD is, how they can join, and how businesses can be listed. Up till now, calls are still coming in. After the broadcast, I saw more than 30 minutes calls which I will respond to tonight for directions.

It's two-days workshop and seminar which will start from 11:am each day, business owners were invited, all who have smartphones were invited.

I and the bike Man who took us to Tangsio. It is very far from town and today being the first of January, many bus drivers didn't come out for business. I told him about spendHBD and he showed interest.

Dady Ancient Anana who spoke in Ibibio language for me. In Tangsio, you speak Ibibio, and since I am not fluent, I have to pay him to do it for me. He is experienced, he has done this work for 18 years and counting. He is the one who introduced Ibibio in Tangsio so he is a well-known person, and people love his program so much.

When you reach there, it is so quiet that you may think people are not there, but go inside, you will see staffs and clients.

It was really a successful one at Tangsio 101.1 FM today. I have made arrangements for water they will drink tomorrow because I'm expecting so many people tomorrow. Many called from outside me State begging me to come to River State. I have told them that I will coach them online until they can arrange for a workshop, and then I will come.

Conclusion

I have to stop now as I'm getting tired and still strong because I have to eat and send messages to all who called me for tomorrow's Workshop. Renting chairs tomorrow, all arrangements for this workshop must be successful so as to have a fruitful workshop tomorrow and next day.

I have spent 75k which is approximately 45 HBD already. I don't know what tomorrow will take, but I'm very happy that I have started spendHBD program in Uyo. Working hard to develop leaders who will help in spreading the News further.
