Attending Hive/SpendHBD Workshop For The First Time

Warm greetings everyone!

The much awaited Akure workshop finally held as was planned. It has been a busy week for me. Preparing and putting things in place to ensure a successful outing. I arrived at the venue at about 11:03 am. With no guest present yet. So I began to call some of the people whom I'd earlier invited to remind them of the time. While I was calling one of them just arrived and the program started immediately.

At first I wanted to get discouraged by the turn out but on a second thought I became encouraged that some showed up after all considering the fact that it's the first time to host a crypto event which a lot of people are yet to embrace here. With that the event started properly with @ijelady doing what she knows best. I have been seeing videos and pictures of how their workshop went, but this time around I attended it physically for the very first time.

The guest speaker took time to explain what Hive is and the SpendHBD project. With practical life experiences, she explained the benefits of shopping with the HBD token and the enormous reward one stands to gain. This really got our guests convinced that they registered immediately after the presentation. Indeed, the Hive/SpendHBD initiative was borne out of love.

Attending this workshop opened my eyes and increased my confidence in the Hive. I'm glad I did attend and the project has been activated in Akure. Just like the guest speaker said during her presentation; since you have gotten the knowledge of what Hive/SpendHBD is, don't keep the information to yourself. Share it so that a lot of people will also benefit from it. That is the task at hand now, more people need to hear and benefit from it. The goal is to help and add value to humanity. And we are just getting started.
