On Sunday July 6th, 2025, we had a round table Meetup on how to grow on our journey as a Hivean's. It was anchored by ijelady. Being a Hiver is like one embarking on a journey. In this journey, comes with challenges and progress.
It started with a question which comes this way, what makes one to get influence on the blockchain? And the answer was HP. With that in mind, all where told to build their HP in this journey of Hive blockchain.
She made mention of powering up every first day of the month which is another way to support the block chain and it comes with a rewards. Which is a badge from Hivebuzz. Compounding is another thing that will help us grow here. Many who has millions of HP today was as a result of compounding. She told us to do the same. Not just only on HP but all other tokens on Hive. They might has less value today but can become of a greater value tomorrow.
After the training, I longed into my Key chain to see other valuable tokens we have here. It was really amazing that Hive has a lot to offer.
Challenges/Way forward
Most of new users finds it challenging to know communities to post on. How to get the attention of curators, how to source images so on and so forth.
This workshop thought everyone how to subscribe in any community of our choice. Answer can only attract curators by regularly making quality post.
Visiting and shopping with HBD in any listed shops around us. Internet images should be sourced out properly to avoid plagiarism.
Attending Hive meet ups and workshops helps us to maintain still on our Hive journey.
