Hi all, this is me reliving Day 2 of Hive Fest. We're in Zuiderkerk a beautiful church on the city. I love the stage set up.
Here's @minigunner from @coldbeetrootsoup at the reception. He's cool as a cucumber beetroot here in the morning but was on fire at the end of the day.
The inside of the church was amazing, stage and seating at one end and mingling space at the back so people could still listen to the presentations and mingle at the same time
The highlight of my day was presenting on behalf of OCD. I practiced a few times already and tried not to think about it beforehand so I wouldn't get nervous. Once I got in stage I felt ok, then disaster!! I prepared a little animation and music to introduce @acidyo but nothing happened!! Then it turns out I had submitted a PDF file and not presentation slides!! The animation which I had spent some time on and was pretty proud of didn't play,and I had no speaker notes!!! Oh no!! I had to wing it now and try to remember what I had rehearsed previously. Luckily I think I covered everything I wanted to say.

My favourite moment of the day has undoubtedly got to be this... It's absolutely gold.
I mentioned yesterday Pinmapple did a treasure hunt at Hivefest and hid 1000 Hive on the chain somewhere. You have to find the account name, then you need to find the clues to get the wallet key to access the treasure. This is the moment
the guys cracked it!! You can read about it here but @pinmapple will be posting about it as well.

Your presentation went great, I had no idea you were worried about the technical details and the lack of speaker notes. 😂 The flow was good and felt absolutely natural, and the content of your presentation was very useful, especially for the newbies on Hive. It was one of the most valuable presentations that day, for me and @n2foodadventure alike. I'm definitely gonna go for those @poshtoken tokens from now on, haha!
There was a panic moment, lucky it didn't throw me off too much.
Posh is a great way to promote hive and support other people, but just make sure that you don't just nom one person all the by time, spread your support around!!!

It sure would have been, but the recent move and our upcoming holiday on Friday, it just wasn’t possible.

Haha I love the gif/video of the guys winning the contest. I didn't have time to try to enter because I was focused on setting up for my own set in the afternoon. But it was a super cool contest and congrats to the winners of course! 1000 Hive is a very very nice prize!

I really like the cold beetroot soup, I tasted this soup before at Art's house when I came from Poland to Dan Haag. @minigunner is a super nice person.. Too bad I wasn't able to present in the morning due to my work schedule that's why I have missed a lot of live presentations but I saw the recording...It was really nice meeting you at closing dinner...

With all of the support and love from the Hive community, from all of you, I was able to move on. Hivefest was a real advantage for my mental health and to be honest, I am feeling much more motivated and inspired to move on. The journey was difficult and the upcoming journey will be difficult too but I am ready to take the future challenges.

I´m finally catching up with the HF happenings after a couple of very busy days. Just swinging by to say that your OCD presentation was really good :) You didn´t let the issue with the missing slides throw you off balance and you looked very professional and confident all the way. The OCD team must have been very proud of you :)
