Delivery use to be good for me. A lot has to do with too many drivers now and the greedy companies.

Since covid many more deliveries running around, the drivers I am sure not paid nearly what they should either. Cost of running a vehicle plus petrol/gas is expensive eating into any profit made.
Fresh fish I prefer sea fish except trout from rivers, the one you showed I do not know at all.
It was a good side gig, the last year it really isn't all that great. Less orders due too many drivers in the system but the expenses aren't less, haha.
Trout is excellent fish I chase them as well. I'm landlocked in the middle of the country away from the sea but I would love to fish in the oceans someday.
Cut-throat here as well, so many lining up to do some form of earnings.
