But the chicken turned out well, except for one slight mistake - I grabbed a bag of broccoli from the freezer instead of the spinach I wanted, and didn't notice until after I had emptied it into the sauce 😹 There's even some leftovers, which will fit nicely on one half of a pizza, unless they disappear before evening.
