Funny Herring Gulls for Show Me A Photo Contest (#SMaP) - Round 193 - Free Theme.

in Feathered Friendslast month (edited)

During a recent visit to Llandudno in Wales, we spotted some local herring gulls. These birds are not only nice to look at, but they also have a mischievous and funny side to them that are quite entertaining (some might disagree when they get divebombed).

One of the gulls we came across was peering through someone's window, almost as if it was trying to see what was going on inside the house. Nosey!

Another gull caught our attention as it was drinking water out of a dog bowl.

This is my entry to the Show Me A Photo Contest (#SMaP) - Round 193 - Free Theme.

We were also amused by a gull perched on an old iconic telephone box that had been repurposed into a defibrillator. It seemed to be looking down from its vantage point, perhaps looking for its next meal. Thankfully, at this time of year, not many people were eating ice cream.

Finally, the last gull we spotted was high up standing on a lamppost. I bet the heat from the lamplights were keeping its feet warm.

Thank you to @nelinoeva and the #featheredfriends team for the contest.
