Visiting some feathered friends at the wetlands of the Traun River

I usually have some main bird photography spots that I visit very often since there are always a lot of birds there and the possibility to get some nice shots is a lot bigger than taking pictures here in Linz. But with the wetlands of the Traun river there is at least a smaller spot where you have the chance to meet severa different birds. But since the Traun River and the wetlands there are a lot smaller as the place I know at the Inn River there are also fewer birds to encounter and therefore it is a little more difficult to get some nice pictures. But at least some ducks and blackbird girl was curious enough so I could take several pictures of them. Since several birds are already breeding it is getting more and more difficult to take some pictures of birds because a lot of them hide at their breeding spot.

Spring is so fast gone and eventhough I also like summer very much it is a lot too fast for me. But now I also want to enjoy some nice warm summer days. Today afternoon I rode my bicycle to the danube beach where some people are enjoying swimming in the danube. For me the water as a little bit to cold to try a swim but I got into the water but only to my knees. I also caught a little bit of a sunburn today afternoon because I underestimated the strenght of the sun. I hope it will not hurt in the night or feel very hot.
