Am not looking forward to those +30 degrees, I get miserable, I prefer autumn not too cold and not too hot. August is not a nice weather here, it windy all over the place.
Some landlords are just after the money and fails to keep tenants happy. The unplanned move might just be the a better move for you.
I know… it is too hot for me. One of the reasons we move out of Spain. But delays are still there and it will take a little longer. But we get there, even if we have to move in between.

The house has everything.
I have been staying at my current place for about 8-9 years now and always paid my rent before or last day of the month. Last year I was almost evicted because the project I was working on took long to pay me, I explained the situation to landlord and even shared my quotation for the project which was personal to me, yet he gave me notice to leave if I can't pay up.
I couldn't believe my landlord will go on like that against his oldest tenant, I ended up powering down Hive to pay my rent.
O no…. That’s crazy he would do that to a tenant that is there that long… sorry you had to power down.
I can’t even remember the last place I was longer than 1 year and a half hahaha 🤣 I moved close to 50 times… in 5 countries. The last 6 moves were work related though not a choice. The next one is needed due to living conditions. The big move is a relocation with work again. What takes a longgggg time.
A landlord should know better, especially when a tenant always pays on time and is there for many many years. It is something they should hold on to.
But landlords don’t think like that nowadays.
Its a crazy world this days, some lack sense of consideration. I've just had now good reason to move lol, its a nice place and quiet, easy to commute to wherever I need to go so that had made me stay this long 😃

It is fun… but I’m now at a stage in my life I want to settle down. Fix up a house of my own, create the garden of my dreams… and stay… think I moved too much… it is tiring after so much and so long.
I still will travel, but I need a base. Soon we go to there. Hopefully still this year, if not early next year would be nice 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻😎 we are planning since last October, and had wished it would have happened before the summer… it looks like it takes a bit longer 😉🤓
True, its time to settle now I am unsure of what opportunity might come my way job-wise that might require me to leave SA otherwise settling down is the goal now.
Don't worry the garden of your dreams isn't far away, am sure there will be lots of photos to share from your garden.
