Wazzup everyone! I hope December is treating you well. Cause for us 3rd year students it's not hahahah. It's the hard time of the year for us since we have a thesis going, nc 2 on the way, making the prototype for our study and the preparation for ojt. Our schedules are quite packed that's why it's been hard for me to write and share it with you. So today I'm gonna share with you our study sessions.
My friends decided to have a group study in my house since my house is quite near and we have a stable wifi. They agreed to come here at 1 pm but one of my friends got a situation that she needs to handle first that's why we moved it to 2 pm. And of course Filipinos are Filipinos so they arrived here at 3 pm which is good for me since i need to clean my room.
When they arrived one of my friends had brought a "saba" it's a type of banana and it's less sweet than the other types of banana according to google. When she arrived she asked if we could cook the banana so that we could have a snack. I personally like it steamed but my friend liked it fried with sugar on it cause it's already ripe. So we proceed with my friend's idea and it's to fry it with sugar. Since we don't know how to make it we went to get help from our trusted brother YT( Youtube ) hahaha. There were a lot of tutorials but they have some ingredients that we don't have so we just skipped some parts.
Before we started cooking two of my friends argued cause ate carms said that we should put the sugar after the banana is cooked and ate gly said that we should put it in while the banana is being cooked. Me and kate were just laughing at them and said that we should just do 2 batches to do their ways but the other friend put her hands down and just said that we should do ate gly's way of cooking it and so we did.
Now where the fun begins, we peeled and cut the banana in half, and then we put a lot of oil into the pan so that the banana will be fully submerged.
Then we waited a few minutes for the oil to boil or hot. Then we put the banana and waited for a minute to put a lot of sugar on it so that the sugar would fully coated the banana and heres our final result.
After that we clean up our dishes and then eat our snacks even though we didn't even get started with our study. It was so sweet i think we put too much sugar on it we still eaten it though hahaha. After our tummies were full we started our study with our major subject. We practice doing the RGB light since we will have a hands-on activity in our next meeting on our major subject.
After that we proceed on our each group research paper but we still help each other if we ever need some advice or assistance regarding the paper. After a few hours they went home.
I was reminded throughout this study session that learning can still be enjoyable and effective when done with friends, despite interruptions and unexpected delays. In college i know finding the right people can be hard to find but if you ever find those people they will have a big impact on your life. Finding friends who encourage you to be the greatest version of yourself is more important than simply finding people who accept you. That's it thank you for stopping by! what a similar experience. I also tried making fried banana before but I didn't know how to and I'm too embarrassed to ask my mother so I just watched a yt tutorial HAHAHAHAHA. group study are reply helpful in college, I hope you all graduate together
