Long weekend and we had no plans when suddenly, a friend picks up the phone and asks me what we were doing, I was working and the kids were at home without school. So I told him and he said to me, see if you can get a car and come to the farm, we are with the kids and the Samantas are coming.
So I started a campaign and my brother lent me his car. Today in the morning we got up, got ready and with everything ready we headed west. When we arrived, at the entrance while we were waiting to pass, the two of them were running past, all of them with their training as it should be.
When we entered the house, we left our things and got ready to enjoy. We started with mate and lots of chatting while the kids got to play in the park. Lots of off for the mosquitoes and the adventure began. After the mate came the picada and as every day of quinta we had a giant asado for 8 children and 5 adults. Very hungry.
It had been a long time since we all got together, the afternoon went by in a flash between anecdotes remembering reunions as well as updates on each and every one of us. I really missed getting together with them. They are very funny people with whom I laugh a lot and they do me good.
( jenga was the most wanted game, we ended up playing a quasi tournament and unfortunately for everyone I had to win it).
At the end of the asado came the dessert and so we ate ice cream and then continued with the bills and made another 2 or 3 thermoses of mate.
With the reunion they started. Organize meetings, outings and trainings as in other times. Hahaha crazy and very cool people who are just as crazy or crazier than me. I think they are much crazier than me.

Fin de semana largo y no teníamos plan alguno cuando de pronto, un amigo levanta el teléfono y me pregunta que hacíamos yo trabajaba y los chicos sin colegio en casa tranquilos. Entonces le cuento y me dice, fijate si conseguis auto y venite para la quinta que estamos con los chicos y vienen las Samantas.
Entonces me puse en campaña y mi hermano me prestó su auto. Hoy a la mañana nos levantamos, nos preparamos y con todo listo encaramos para zona oeste. Cuando llegamos, en la entrada mientras esperábamos para pasar pasaban corriendo ellos 2 todos chivados haciendo su entrenamiento como corresponde.
Cuando entramos a la casa dejamos nuestras cosas y nos dispusimos a disfrutar. Empezamos por el mate y mucha charla mientras los chicos se pusieron a jugar en el parque. Mucho off para los mosquitos y empezaron con la aventura. Después del mate vino la picada y como todo día de quinta después no podía faltar un asado gigante para 8 niños y 5 adultos. Con mucha hambre.
Hacía mucho tiempo no nos juntabamos todos, la tarde se pasó en un suspiro entre anécdotas recordando juntadas como también actualizarnos de todos y cada uno de nosotros. La verdad extrañaba un montón juntarme con ellos. Son gente muy graciosa con la que me río mucho y me hacen bien.
( el jenga fue el juego mas buscado terminamos jugando un cuasi torneo y lamentablemente para todos lo tuve que ganar yo)
Al final del asado vino el postre y así comimos helado para después seguir con las facturas y hacer otros 2 o 3 termos de mate.
Con el reencuentro empezaron. Organizar juntadas, salidas y entrenamientos como en otras épocas. Jajaja gente loca y muy copada que está igual o mas loca que yo. Creo que es mucho más loca que yo.
Esos son los mejores paseos , los que no se planean sino que suceden sin esperarlo... felicidades por ese momento tan Rico.
