Mi hija @mjpacheco estuvo de visita acá en Barquisimeto por poco tiempo, solo duro dos días, llego el día viernes en la noche y se regresó el día domingo después de mediodía.

Fue un viaje veloz y de sorpresa, no me avisó que vendría, porque la decisión la tomó ese mismo viernes después que salió de clase a las 4pm. Un compañero de estudio tuvo que venir a Barquisimeto por una diligencia familiar que debía hacer, le preguntó a mi hija si quería venir, y no lo pensó dos veces y se vino para visitarnos y para aprovechar de llevarse algo de comida preparada para sus almuerzo y cenas; les comento que yo siempre trato de hacerle su comida y algunos postres para que ella se la lleve congelada a Coro donde estudia.

A fellow student had to come to Barquisimeto for a family errand he had to do, he asked my daughter if she wanted to come, and she did not think twice and came to visit us and to take some food prepared for her lunch and dinner; I always try to make her food and some desserts for her to take it frozen to Coro where she studies.

Cada vez que viene de visita yo me preparo para complacerla y alegrarla mucho aunque sea por poco tiempo, ya que estamos solos mi esposo y yo, ella es única hija.

Al llegar a casa me paso día y noche preparándole una gran parte de comida que a ella le gusta, porque les comento que es un poco floja y no le gusta cocinar; además que no le da tiempo, porque tiene clases y prácticas en la mañana y en la tarde.

La comida preparada se la coloco una parte en contenedores y otra parte, sobre todo la que es seca, en bolsas plásticas de la que se usan para hacer helados (tetas), la congelo, se la coloco en una cava y ella al irse se la lleva para luego al llegar a la residencia, colocarla en el congelador y así mantiene su alimento para todo los días.

Cuando ella llega de la universidad lo que hace es calentarla y hacer bien sea el arroz, pasta, arepa y su acompañante que casi siempre es plátano y ensalada y eso se cocina rápido, esto no se lo puedo hacer antes, si se pudiera también se lo haría, igualmente también se lleva todas sus frutas, peladas, picadas y congeladas para solo licuar su jugo.

También les cuento que a pesar de lo cansada que estaba el día sábado, tanto ella como yo, la invité a salir a comer un helado, puesto que al llegar a casa lo que hizo fue encerrarse de una vez en su cuarto, ya que el lunes llegaría presentando examen.

Bueno, la convencí y fuimos los tres a una heladería llamada Cioccolato, ubicada en el este de la ciudad, donde los helados son muy ricos aparte de económicos. Las barquillas están en 0.70$ y las tinitas en 0.60$

Degustamos unas ricas barquilla y tinitas de chocolate y vainilla con sirop de chocolate, igualmente compramos unas tinas grandes para llevar, también una vez que salimos de la heladería yo quería ir a otro sitio pero ella no quiso, porque ella está entregada a sus estudios, no le importa nada, lo que quiere es terminar su carrera de medicina lo antes posible.
