Hola! Hola! mis estimados amigos de Hive. Siento mucha alegría de compartir con ustedes una celebración bastante sentida, del cumpleaños 86 de mi tío Fidel Luquez, quien era un hombre sumamente activo, pues se desempeñaba como maestro granitero; pero ahora se encuentra parapléjico a causa de una enfermedad que lo aqueja desde hacen más de 10 años.
En la celebración del cumple de mi tío Fidel
Esta celebración se inició con la invitación a los familiares más cercanos del tío Fidel, entre ellos mis hermanos y yo. Esta invitación la hizo su hija María Luquez, quien es dueña del Restaurante “Caney Cimarrón” de Barquisimeto, donde se hizo la fiesta de cumpleaños.

Así que sólo pudimos asistir mi hermana, su esposo, su hijo y yo. Nos divertimos un mundo, bailamos y comimos deliciosos pasapalos, dulces y refrescos, en una tarde muy amena; pero, también muy calurosa.
Nosotros en el cumpleaños
Se dieron cita en esta extraordinaria celebración varios familiares, entre ellos, nuestras primas, hijas de Fidel, a quienes teníamos tiempo sin ver y a sus hijos y nietos, algunos no los conocíamos.
Una parte de mi gran familia
Todos celebramos la vida de Fidel con abrazos y diferentes muestras de cariño; aunque él no puede hablar ni moverse, está consciente; según sus hijos, estaba contento; generalmente sus emociones las expresa con la mirada.
Un momento muy emotivo
Las recreadoras que animaron la fiesta nos pusieron a bailar hora loca, empezando por hacer el trencito, seguido de actividades donde competíamos las mujeres contra los hombres.
Entre estas actividades estaba la de tomar 4 platos con un chupón de destapar inodoro, de uno en uno y pasarlo de un extremo a otro, el equipo que terminara primero ganaba, en esta oportunidad ganaron los hombres, a mi se me cayó el plato 2 veces 🤣 ja ja ja.
Realizamos competencia de bailes, pero nos cansamos antes de terminar la jornada bailable 🤣 ja ja ja.

Otro juego fue el de pasar un aro de Ula Ula entre nosotros lo más rápido posible, teníamos que pasar el aro entrando desde la cabeza y saliendo por los pies y pasarlo a la compañera o compañero, adivinen ¿quiénes lo hicieron más rápido? ¡¡Pues los Hombres!! Oh, ¿qué nos pasa a las mujeres? 🤣 ja ja ja .
Luego era una dinámica con el mismo aro, pero con un grado más de dificultad, teníamos que hacer lo mismo pero tomados de la mano, quienes se soltaban perdían y como ya era costumbre, perdimos las mujeres.

Por último, fue competencia de caraoque, y contra todo pronóstico, ganamos las mujeres ¡Sí, por fin! Y para cerrar esta dinámica compitieron un hombre y una mujer, donde les colocaron una cajita con tres pelotas dentro, atadas a sus cinturas y al son de la música que les ponían tenían que bailar para que se les salieran las pelotitas de la caja, tanto se movieron y ganó el caballero; o sea las mujeres no vimos luces 🤣 ja ja ja.
Así entre las degustaciones y el sofocante calor pasamos un rato bastante agradable, nos reímos como nunca; disfrutamos y sudamos al máximo.
Así llegó la hora de entregar los regalos al cumpleañero, recibió muchos regalos, con mucho amor y cariño de sus seres queridos.

Y luego le cantamos el cumpleaños feliz, donde las felicitaciones y buenos deseos no se hicieron esperar. La torta estuvo riquísima.

THIS IS HOW WE CELEBRATED MY UNCLE'S BIRTHDAY
Hello! Hello! my dear Hive friends. I am very happy to share with you a very heartfelt celebration of the 86th birthday of my uncle Fidel Luquez, who was a very active man, as he worked as a master granite maker; but now he is paraplegic due to an illness that has afflicted him for more than 10 years.

This celebration began with the invitation to Uncle Fidel's closest relatives, among them my brothers and me. This invitation was made by his daughter Maria Luquez, who owns the "Caney Cimarron" Restaurant in Barquisimeto, where the birthday party was held.

So only my sister, her husband, her son and I were able to attend. We had a world of fun, danced and ate delicious pasapalos, sweets and soft drinks, in a very enjoyable afternoon; but, also very hot.

Several family members were present at this extraordinary celebration, among them, our cousins, Fidel's daughters, whom we had not seen for some time and their children and grandchildren, some of whom we did not know.

We all celebrated Fidel's life with hugs and different tokens of affection; although he cannot speak or move, he is conscious; according to his children, he was happy; he usually expresses his emotions with his eyes.
A very emotional moment
The recreationalists who animated the party put us to dance crazy hour, starting by doing the little train, followed by activities where we competed the women against the men.
Among these activities was to take 4 plates with a toilet unclogger, one at a time and pass it from one end to the other, the team that finished first won, this time the men won, I dropped the plate 2 times 🤣 ha ha ha ha.
We did dance competition, but we got tired before the end of the dancing day 🤣 ha ha ha ha.

Another game was to pass a Ula Ula hoop between us as fast as possible, we had to pass the hoop going in from the head and out through the feet and pass it to the partner, guess who did it the fastest? Well the Men!!!! Oh, what's wrong with us women? 🤣 ha ha ha ha .
Then it was a dynamic with the same hoop, but with a higher degree of difficulty, we had to do the same thing but holding hands, those who let go lost and as usual, we women lost.

Finally, it was a competition of caraoque, and against all odds, we women won, yes, finally! And to close this dynamic competed a man and a woman, where they placed a box with three balls inside, tied to their waists and to the sound of the music they had to dance to get the balls out of the box, so much they moved and won the gentleman; that is women did not see lights 🤣 ha ha ha ha.
So between the tastings and the sweltering heat we had a very nice time, we laughed like never before; we enjoyed and sweated to the maximum.
So it was time to deliver the gifts to the birthday boy, he received many gifts, with lots of love and affection from his loved ones.
