Chess, friends and greatest landscape [Esp/Eng]

Hoy es el tercer y último día del Festival Caribeño de Ajedrez, y aunque no puedo negar que ha sido realmente agotador, sobre todo el día de ayer, donde estuvimos desde las 9:00 am hasta las 6:30 pm aproximadamente, también han sido días geniales, y es que como les comenté ayer, el torneo se desarrolla en un hotel bastante lindo, ubicado en Pampatar, Isla Margarita, Venezuela, y aparte de contar con unas instalaciones preciosas la vista es simplemente espectacular, y es que tenemos al mar de frente, y definitivamente, ese escenario es todo lo que está bien en este mundo.

Sin contar que ha sido una experiencia nueva para Matías, ya que no había participado en un evento de este tipo, donde hay participantes de alto nivel, tanto de distintos estados de nuestro país, como competidores de Uruguay y Colombia, así que bastante genial, aunque muy rudo para él, porque ya con 15 años le correspondió participar en la categoría Open, que es casi un "todos contra todos" , y ha tenido que jugar con grandes ajedrecistas de Colombia, pero sin dudas ha sido un gran aprendizaje para él.

Por otro lado, a mí me ha brindado la oportunidad de disfrutar de días maravillosos con amigas, y como siempre digo, estos momentos son una recarga de energía, muchas risas, juegos, complicidad y disfrute con gente súper linda, que hacen muy disfrutables estas jornadas súper agotadoras, y es que ayer hasta un cumpleaños celebramos de uno de los participantes de Colombia, así que la verdad han sido momentos muy lindos.

Hoy ya es el último día, y hasta este momento se han jugado 5 rondas, quedando dos pendientes para el día de hoy, y en casa ya estamos organizándonos porque hoy nos vamos todos a disfrutar de un día entre familia y amigos.

Ya les estaré contando cómo terminó de irle a Matías y por supuesto qué tal estuvo el cierre del torneo.

Today is the third and last day of the Caribbean Chess Festival, and although I can not deny that it has been really exhausting, especially yesterday, where we were from 9:00 am until 6:30 pm approximately, it has also been great days, and as I told you yesterday, the tournament takes place in a very nice hotel, located in Pampatar, Margarita Island, Venezuela, and besides having beautiful facilities the view is simply spectacular, and we have the sea in front, and definitely, that scenario is everything that is right in this world.

Not to mention that it has been a new experience for Matias, since he had not participated in an event of this type, where there are high-level participants, both from different states of our country, as competitors from Uruguay and Colombia, so pretty cool, although very tough for him, because at 15 years old he had to participate in the Open category, which is almost an "all against all", and has had to play with great chess players from Colombia, but no doubt it has been a great learning experience for him.

On the other hand, it has given me the opportunity to enjoy wonderful days with friends, and as I always say, these moments are a recharge of energy, lots of laughter, games, complicity and enjoyment with super nice people, which make these super exhausting days very enjoyable, and yesterday we even celebrated a birthday of one of the participants from Colombia, so the truth is that they have been very nice moments.

Today is the last day, and so far 5 rounds have been played, leaving two pending for today, and at home we are already getting organized because today we are all going to enjoy a day with family and friends.
