Hoy quiero contarles un poco sobre lo que fue el acto de graduación de mi novio, Luis José, en el estado Anzoátegui, Venezuela.

Today I want to tell you a little about what was the graduation ceremony of my boyfriend, Luis José, in the state of Anzoátegui, Venezuela.
Esto fue el día 27 de junio, después de celebrar la imposición de medallas en nuestro núcleo, UDO Monagas, el acto para finalmente obtener el título sería en la UDO Anzoátegui, así que tuvimos que viajar hasta allá.
En este lindo acto estuvieron presentes el papá de Luis y su mamá, quienes viajaron con nosotros y nos acompañaron en toda esta travesía.
This was on June 27th, after celebrating the imposition of medals in our nucleus, UDO Monagas, the act to finally get the degree would be in the UDO Anzoátegui, so we had to travel there.
Luis' father and his mother were present at this beautiful ceremony, traveled with us, and accompanied us throughout this journey.
Después de comer y de alistarnos, nos llevó un taxi hasta la UDO y no era muy lejos, pero lamentablemente íbamos un poco tarde. El acto empezaba a las 4 PM en punto y para cuando llegamos justo estaba iniciando, escuchamos el himno nacional a lo lejos, cosa que indicaba que estaba empezando todo, así que prácticamente tuvimos que correr. 🏃🏽♀️
Sin embargo, el apuro no me hizo evitar tomarle fotos a la entrada de la gran y emblemática Universidad de Oriente, este núcleo me dejó encantada por toda la vibra playera que tenía. 🌴
After eating and getting ready, we took a cab to the UDO and it was not very far, but unfortunately, we were running a little late. The event started at 4 PM sharp and by the time we arrived it was just starting, we heard the national anthem in the distance, which indicated that everything was starting, so we practically had to run. 🏃🏽♀️
However the rush did not make me avoid taking pictures at the entrance of the great and emblematic Universidad de Oriente, this nucleus left me enchanted by all the beach vibe it had. 🌴

Muchas palmeras y montañas rodean la universidad y me pareció muy hermosa, aunque lamentablemente no pude caminar más por los al rededores para curiosear, pues junto con la familia de Luis estuvimos buscando puestos donde sentarnos para poder apreciar el acto. No debemos dejar por fuera la gran estatua de la moneda que nos recibió en la entrada de la universidad, esto es algo icónico de aquí.
Justo minutos después de encontrar un lugar, empezó a llover fuerte, así que tuvimos que resguardarnos por unos minutos mientras la lluvia cesaba y prácticamente nos arruinara nuestro cabello a las mujeres, qué les puedo decir, el clima loco de oriente. 😭
Many palm trees and mountains surround the university and I found it very beautiful, although unfortunately, I could not walk more around to browse, because along with the family Luis, we were looking for places to sit to appreciate the event. We should not leave out the large statue of the coin that greeted us at the entrance of the university, this is something iconic here.
Just minutes after finding a place, it started to rain heavily, so we had to take shelter for a few minutes while the rain stopped and practically ruined our hair, what can I say, crazy eastern weather. 😭
Después de la lluvia, procedieron a hacer los llamados a cada uno de los núcleos y sus respectivas carreras, tuvimos que esperar para que fuera el turno de Monagas y la carrera de mi novio que es Ingeniería Agronómica.
Me sentí excesivamente orgullosa y emocionada al verlo subir esas escaleras de la gran biblioteca de esta universidad y recibir finalmente su título por el que tanto trabajó estos años. 📜🎓
After the rain, they proceeded to make the calls to each of the cores and their respective careers, we had to wait for the turn of Monagas and my boyfriend's career which is Agricultural Engineering.
I felt excessively proud and excited to see him climb those stairs of the great library of this university and finally receive the degree for which he worked so hard these years. 📜🎓

Tristemente no pude tomarle una foto bajando por las escaleras porque teníamos el paso limitado y había mucha gente, así que nos tomamos fotos al terminar el acto rápidamente.
Pese a todo, pudimos estar a tiempo en el acto, presenciando como Luis José recibe su título y conocer la UDO núcleo Anzoátegui, además nos tomamos fotos bonitas.
Sadly I couldn't take a picture of him coming down the stairs because we had limited access and there were too many people, so we took pictures after the ceremony was over quickly.
Despite everything, we were able to be on time at the ceremony, witnessing Luis José receiving his degree and getting to know the UDO Anzoátegui nucleus, and we also took beautiful pictures.

Estoy muy feliz de haber podido compartir este hermoso momento junto a la familia de mi novio. Estoy muy orgullosa de él y todo lo que está logrando. 🥺
I am very happy to have been able to share this beautiful moment with my boyfriend's family. I am very proud of him and everything he is achieving. 🥺
