A Special Celebration: Birthday Dinner for Grandma at Yakimix Restaurant

Good day everyone! It's me again, @xoxotelay, back with another blog. For today's blog, I am going to share with you how we celebrate the birthday of Marky's grandma at Yakimix Restaurant. I hope you all have a great day. Feel free to read this blog if you have some spare time! 🥰

On July 28, 2024, we celebrated the birthday of Nanay Carlota, Marky's grandma, at SM Seaside. We visited the Yakimix restaurant because it is one of her favorite restaurants, which is why they chose to eat there. I got invited to join them in celebrating, and I am so happy to be there. Marky fetched me at my house because we were going to go first to SM because we also had some errands to run there, and we got in the mall at 3 a.m. and we will meet Marky's family at 5 p.m. because we will had some errands to run there, and we got in the mall at 3 a.m. and we will meet Marky's family at 5 p.m. because we will have dinner at the restaurant.When we got there, we immediately did our errands because the clock was ticking and we didn't waste our time since we got there later than we expected because of the traffic. We got there at 3:47 and the traffic was taking so much time, so yeah, we did the things that we needed to be done, and after that, we just waited for them to arrive since they were also a bit late for the same reason because of traffic🤠

We just waited outside the restaurant since they also have some waiting area and the restaurant is also closed they will open at exactly 5:00 me and marky are just waiting here for them and for the restaurant to open, while me and marky are just making fun of each other they finally arrived and of course we greeted the birthday girl and they bring this little girl baby avie so cutie, and by the way the restaurant was already open and ate carla just made reservations for us and since there are many of us we reserved 2 tables for us to fit, this restaurant yakimix is a buffet korean seafood restaurant, they have promo at the restaurant if you will bring someone who is gonna have a birthday she or he is free to eat what ever she wants.

When the reservation is done, we enter the restaurant, and it is such a beautiful and expensive-looking restaurant. We are such a beautiful and expensive-looking restaurant. We are so unfortunate because all the tables inside the restaurant are full, so we will just have to celebrate outside the restaurant, but it's still nice there, though clean and very comfortable. When we got there, we proceeded to pick our foods. They have some uncooked meats that we can grill on our table; it was like samgyupsal; they have some already cooked foods; they have a table full of sushi; they also have a table for dessert; and many more. You can have whatever you want.I just keep following Marky because I'm too shy to go by myself. I just picked sweet and sour chicken, tempura, sisig, miso soup, squid, and meat's for samgyupsal, then we head back to our tables to eat and cook our foods. Also, Marky's mom and younger brother are here. We are on the same table. We first make the grilling heat and then place our meat's there and just wait until they are fully cooked. I just grab a small amount of food because I am not that hungry. That's why I volunteer to grill the meats because it was fun.

And then while eating ate carla wants to pictures of us for memories, so we did took some pictures this place is so beautiful 🤩 they have some shining chandelier's they also play a smooth and calm music it was so perfect for date nights of celebrating birthday's, after that we continue eating and chatting with each other , ate rashelle (marky's mom) and i are having a chat and we really have a good conversation i really really love this family so much they always make me so welcomed to this family, after i finished my plate i grab something sweets so i go to the dessert station and gravy what i want, i made halo halo for my self i was so fun making my own halo halo putting everything what i want on the cup it was very very fun then while scooping my toppings for my halo halo, there is one boy who really trying to scoop but he had a short arms so he couldn't reach it, i asked him if he wants me to scoop it for him and he said yes he look so happy HAHAHHAHAHAHA and then he thanked me for helping i really can tell he was a sweetheart then he proceed by telling 'i can't make my mom come here she is still eating, bye' and then run away HAHAHAHHAHAHAHA he was like 6 or 7 years old white boy he is so cute ! 😩❤️

Then i go back to our table and eat my dessert i also tell michael (marky's little brother) if he wants to try some but he just shocked his head then ate rashelle said " he is not a big fan of desserts he just wanted chicken all day" HAHAHAHHA we just laugh when we saw michael's reaction, after everything we finished our foods it was so delicious everything is so good the place the food everything, and most importantly the birthday girl is happy for her birthday, then they decided that we are gonna head our since we finished our food and took picture of the birthday girl at their birthday sign before we go out, then after that we go outside and planning where to go next but i am not gonna put everything we did in here because it's gonna be a long story HAHAHHAHAHAHA

But I just have a little message for my boyfriend's family. I just wanted to say that I am more grateful for treating me as one of them and accepting me into their family. I am thankful for including me in all the celebrations and occasions of the family. I love my second family so much!! ❤️💞
