1000 posts! easy to say, but behind each one of my writings, pictures, puppets and music I can say that each one of them rewrote my person, my passion and above all the love I have for Web3.
I will make a writing recounting some of my most motivating experiences to continue writing posts. Of course accompanied by my most recent pictures.
I started this when I was still Steemit, it was the year 2018 and the situation in Venezuela was not looking good. Shortages of food, medicine and work. They made me rethink whether to stay in the country or not.
After trying to get my passport to travel to Chile where I have family. Which was impossible due to the systemic corruption in all state institutions, I began to see everything very far away and without hope.
Until one day I received a message from a great friend whom I consider my son who told me for the first time about Steemit. I was curious because Isnaldo told me that this was a platform where I could upload my photographic art and receive money for it. He didn't know how to explain it well at the time but I decided to try my luck and make my first publication.
My first publication
I had no idea how the platform worked, nor the knowledge of how to use the wallet. I only knew 2 Discord channels. For this first post I was inspired by a photograph I took of a small iguana. My writing was short and poor but thanks to the picture and the interest that same week I was voted by the Spanish speaking project Cervantes.
With that publication I began my journey through the web3 and for the following writings I had a plan to do documentary photography in the first place and as time went by I met music niches, I even financed a project of Titeres workshops thanks to a Crowdfunding that was activated at that time.
I must give a very special recognition to @vadimlasca who is no longer on this platform but left a mark in my heart. He was my first curator on this platform. It was the time when the @curie project was very important because it allowed me to make a monthly post and thanks to Vadim's indications I could improve a lot my layout and writings to be able to compete. Thank you @curie for such nice memories in this project I wrote my specialized documentary photography posts. Even to this day I show them as great trophies for being exemplary and proof that in Hive you can do very interesting things.
Today and my future in Hive
I have resumed my blog with the same passion as years ago and I am willing to continue building on this beautiful platform that helped me grow intellectually, economically and above all to keep in mind that the web3 dimension is one of the most incredible things that humanity has ever created.
I am currently leading an IRL project called @vida.verde of n sustainable living project where month after month in our spaces we have held Art + Regen and web3 meetings where we are building together a sustainable future. We have also done onboarding to the web3 of Hive to young people who are starting in this beautiful world. We have already shared with some communities like @guarenases,@mba.ccs
where @mundomanaure has been a link to share with web3 communities that make life in Hive but in 100% IRL events and where it goes beyond the boundaries of meetups to make a stable community with lasting relationships.
Spoiler @vida.verde is on its way to become the first Hive Hub in Venezuela, a strategic point for all Hive communities in Venezuela to meet. Project led by @cvnuitter
I hope this publication has been liked, until a next meeting
Yes. The dimension in web3 is exceptional, and Hive is a true example of this. Truly a great platform, congratulations, and to your continuing effort in the blockchain.
