Todo lo hago basado a mi enfoque de aumentar fuerza, resistencia y mejorar el dominio de mi peso corporal.
Today, Monday, we focus on training focused on shoulders, chest and triceps. Focusing the beginning of the training on practicing calisthenics tricks or exercise with a high level of intensity for my current level, to understand and master them. I do everything based on my focus of increasing strength, endurance and improving control of my body weight.
The practice of static tricks in my routine became essential because I have seen progress when performing them in my pre-workout.
