Como siempre me gusta decir, hoy es un nuevo dĂa, un nuevo comienzo para seguir sumando y mutando en este mundo que nos cobija y sobre todo en esta grandiosa comunidad.

El dĂa de hoy le quiero compartir sobre un entreno que, a pesar de que es de entendimiento, estos entrenos han sido muy provechosos. En cuanto al progreso se refiere, ya puedo decir que el entreno ha dado sus frutos y el dĂa de hoy no es la excepciĂłn. Hoy tocaba flexiones en full con liga y me he dado cuenta de que las flexiones se me han dificultado un poco, pero que sin embargo puedo realizar una sin liga; de igual forma, siento que es porque mi cuerpo no lo ha entendido del todo y decidĂ realizar este entreno que consistĂa en hacer la mayor cantidad de repeticiones y un aguante, es decir, tratar de forzar ambas para ver en quĂ© punto me encontraba. Cabe resaltar que la liga iba sobre mi pies para mayor entendimiento de este mismo elemento. SĂ© que la mayorĂa no lo hace si no es con la liga en la cintura, pero para mĂ me es mucho más cĂłmodo y me ha dado resultados. Gracias a estos intentos puedo decir que el ejercicio lo entiendo cada vez más.
Today I want to share with you about a workout that, despite being about understanding, has been very beneficial. As far as progress goes, I can already say that the training has paid off, and today is no exception. Today I was doing full push-ups with a band, and I realized that the push-ups were a bit difficult for me, but I can still do one without a band. I also feel it's because my body hasn't fully understood it, and I decided to do this workout, which consisted of doing as many reps as possible and holding on, meaning I was trying to push both to see where I was at. It's worth noting that the band was placed over my feet to better understand this element. I know most people don't do it without the band around their waist, but for me, it's much more comfortable and has given me results. Thanks to these attempts, I can say that I understand the exercise more and more.
