Saludos amigos de #SWC Y #LIKETU, hoy fue un día bastante productivo ya que por la tarde fui a entrenar freestyle, (hay buen progreso), luego decidí ya a estas horas de la noche entrenar plancha, tenia tiempo sin hacer rutina de Straddle asi que me puse en marcha, fue una hora de entrenamiento, primero marqué alguna que otra plancha y la verdad que la postura la tengo muy bien solo me falta aumentar mas segundos, hice flexiones en tuck, flexiones en Lean Planche, mantuve tuck a dedos para ganar mas fuerza, fue un gran entrenamiento, me sentí bien y pude acabar mi rutina muy cómodo 💪🏻.

Greetings friends of #SWC and #LIKETU, today was a pretty productive day because in the afternoon I went to train freestyle, (there is good progress), then I decided at this time of night to train plancha, I had time without doing Straddle routine so I got going, it was an hour of training, first I did some plank and the truth is that I have a very good posture, I just need to increase more seconds, I did pushups in tuck, pushups in Lean Planche, I kept tuck to toes to gain more strength, it was a great workout, I felt good and I could finish my routine very comfortable 💪🏻.
