








¡Hola, hivers de Hive y SWC!
En este post les hablaré y compartiré algunas fotos sobre mi primer entrenamiento de esta semana, la cual es de descarga ya que vengo semanas de carga en entrenamientos de fuerza y quiero descansar un poco mis tendones. Tenia bastante tiempo sin hacer free por el tobillo ya que me daba miedo caerme y lastimarmelo, pero aproveche este día para comprar cal e irme a entrenar también un poco de free, practique 360 y tornado, y al rato pull over explosivo. Luego de esto me enfoque en mi handstand, donde jugué bastante con el equilibrio de este e intenté algunas flexiones de handstand sin sobrepasarme. Hice esto un rato y terminé con algunos básicos y fondos, también practique un poco mi backflip ya que tenía tiempo sin lanzarlo, y como me dolió un poco el tobillo solo lance 3, peor al final fue un buen entreno !

I had a long time without doing free for my ankle because I was afraid of falling and hurting it, but I took this day to buy some lime and go to train also a little free, I practiced 360 and tornado, and then explosive pull over. After this I focused on my handstand, where I played a lot with the balance of it and tried some handstand pushups without overdoing it. I did this for a while and finished with some basics and bottoms, I also practiced a little bit my backflip since I had some time without throwing it, and as my ankle hurt a little bit I only threw 3, but in the end it was a good workout !
